Narrative:
6 passenger were removed before the flight left the gate in ewr: 1 female for smoking in the lavatory, and 5 males for rowdiness/noise. Another first class customer became obnoxious in-flight when I told him, 'no more alcohol.' this passenger also got up at least 6 times to use the lavatory. I suspected he was using drugs in lavatory, as his behavior was very unusual and agitated. He harassed me for the last 50 mins of flight. Several other customers helped to buffer his harassment by placing themselves between me and this person. Captain even tried to reason with him, but he was too 'whacked out.' this passenger pushed call light incessantly, and glared and stared at me standing up only 3 ft away from me, as I was finishing my duties in galley. I was very firm and direct with him, telling him finally to 'situation down, now' which he did. I requested security to meet flight in mia but only a passenger service agent was there to meet the flight. This passenger was eventually allowed to board a flight on the next morning to nassau, but was then denied travel and refunded his money for return flight, after I called event call center and speaking with person there. I feel these incidents could have been avoided, if these people had not been boarded to begin with. My first class customer was not a regular customer and notes were put in his file about obnoxious behavior when he boarded in ewr. I feel we need more stringent guidelines on boarding people such as him, and also some kind of limit placed on number of alcoholic drinks customers can expect to be served on board, perhaps limiting consumption to only 3 drinks, for instance. Having flight attendants serve alcohol in-flight places us in very awkward sits quite often and there is no escape at 30000 ft. It's an awful feeling to feel trapped with someone who 'weirds out.' especially when you have another 140 passenger that you're responsible for.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, B727, EWR-MIA, GATE AGENT BOARDED UNRULY, DISTURBED PAX, DESPITE WRITTEN WARNING IN MANIFEST, MET BY SECURITY AND RELEASED.
Narrative: 6 PAX WERE REMOVED BEFORE THE FLT LEFT THE GATE IN EWR: 1 FEMALE FOR SMOKING IN THE LAVATORY, AND 5 MALES FOR ROWDINESS/NOISE. ANOTHER FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER BECAME OBNOXIOUS INFLT WHEN I TOLD HIM, 'NO MORE ALCOHOL.' THIS PAX ALSO GOT UP AT LEAST 6 TIMES TO USE THE LAVATORY. I SUSPECTED HE WAS USING DRUGS IN LAVATORY, AS HIS BEHAVIOR WAS VERY UNUSUAL AND AGITATED. HE HARASSED ME FOR THE LAST 50 MINS OF FLT. SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS HELPED TO BUFFER HIS HARASSMENT BY PLACING THEMSELVES BTWN ME AND THIS PERSON. CAPT EVEN TRIED TO REASON WITH HIM, BUT HE WAS TOO 'WHACKED OUT.' THIS PAX PUSHED CALL LIGHT INCESSANTLY, AND GLARED AND STARED AT ME STANDING UP ONLY 3 FT AWAY FROM ME, AS I WAS FINISHING MY DUTIES IN GALLEY. I WAS VERY FIRM AND DIRECT WITH HIM, TELLING HIM FINALLY TO 'SIT DOWN, NOW' WHICH HE DID. I REQUESTED SECURITY TO MEET FLT IN MIA BUT ONLY A PAX SVC AGENT WAS THERE TO MEET THE FLT. THIS PAX WAS EVENTUALLY ALLOWED TO BOARD A FLT ON THE NEXT MORNING TO NASSAU, BUT WAS THEN DENIED TRAVEL AND REFUNDED HIS MONEY FOR RETURN FLT, AFTER I CALLED EVENT CALL CENTER AND SPEAKING WITH PERSON THERE. I FEEL THESE INCIDENTS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED, IF THESE PEOPLE HAD NOT BEEN BOARDED TO BEGIN WITH. HAVING FLT ATTENDANTS SERVE ALCOHOL INFLT PLACES US IN VERY AWKWARD SITS QUITE OFTEN AND THERE IS NO ESCAPE AT 30000 FT. IT'S AN AWFUL FEELING TO FEEL TRAPPED WITH SOMEONE WHO 'WEIRDS OUT.' ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE ANOTHER 140 PAX THAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR.
