Narrative:

Aircraft xyz forward passenger door indication loom cable is routed along the door pivot arm. During removing and replacing the door loom, one of the clamps that hold loom cable on pivot arm, the screw threads were messed up so I tried taking a tap to fix it but broke the tap, then tried to see if screw would go in, it did but broke off. Tried to take the broken screw out with easy out, but only got half of the screw. Finally, put clamp in with counter sink sheet metal screw with a washer, grabbing part of screw, broke off in screw hole, with pk screw because hole in center of broken off screw, because of prior attempting with easy out.
