Narrative:
Busy traffic deviations for WX. Also a departure push off of 2 other airports. Numerous aircraft checking in at same time and left on headings by another controller, not coordinated. Next sector over, leaving aircraft on vectors also, aircraft told to stop at FL190. Numerous aircraft checked in after this and I never got the readback. Cvg departure aircraft X told to climb and maintain FL230, turn 20 degrees right. He read it back but never turned right. I gave him an additional 20 degree right turn.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: RPTR APPEARS TO BE VERY BUSY. ACFT X WAS CLBING TO FL230. ACFT Y WAS TFC, AND RPTR ATTEMPTED TO STOP ACFT X AT FL190 AND NEVER RECEIVED A READBACK. ATTEMPTED TO TURN ACFT X AND DOES NOT RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. SEPARATION IS LOST, RESULTING IN AN OPERROR.
Narrative: BUSY TFC DEVS FOR WX. ALSO A DEP PUSH OFF OF 2 OTHER ARPTS. NUMEROUS ACFT CHKING IN AT SAME TIME AND LEFT ON HDGS BY ANOTHER CTLR, NOT COORDINATED. CVG DEP ACFT X TOLD TO CLB AND MAINTAIN FL230, TURN 20 DEGS R. HE READ IT BACK BUT NEVER TURNED R. I GAVE HIM AN ADDITIONAL 20 DEG R TURN.
