Narrative:

At alliance field, tx, and approximately 10 mi final when landing gear was extended, crew noticed that right main landing gear green indicator light was not illuminated. Pilot executed a go around and low approach and requested that tower visually inspect. Tower was unable to determine condition of landing gear. The right main landing gear indicator light was replaced with a fresh light bulb and the landing gear showed down and locked (3 green lights). The pilot proceeded with downwind and final for an uneventful landing.

Title: CARGO CREW EXECUTED A MISSED APCH WHEN A GREEN LNDG GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE.

Narrative: AT ALLIANCE FIELD, TX, AND APPROX 10 MI FINAL WHEN LNDG GEAR WAS EXTENDED, CREW NOTICED THAT R MAIN LNDG GEAR GREEN INDICATOR LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATED. PLT EXECUTED A GAR AND LOW APCH AND REQUESTED THAT TWR VISUALLY INSPECT. TWR WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE CONDITION OF LNDG GEAR. THE R MAIN LNDG GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT WAS REPLACED WITH A FRESH LIGHT BULB AND THE LNDG GEAR SHOWED DOWN AND LOCKED (3 GREEN LIGHTS). THE PLT PROCEEDED WITH DOWNWIND AND FINAL FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG.
