Narrative:
A flight (1 leg) was made from cvg to atw. During the preflight (turnaround) check in atw, it was discovered that the 'weight and balance form' for aircraft #abab, which we were operating, was actually for aircraft #abba. In conclusion, we (the crew) operated 1 flight with an incorrect basic operating weight. We immediately contacted our operations department and requested they facsimile us the correct basic operating weight 'weight and balance form' before any further operation of said aircraft.
