Narrative: FREEZING RAIN AND ICE AT FL190 BTWN SLC AND DEN. LOST 1500 FT. ASKED FOR BLOCK ALT AND WAS GIVEN 16000 FT THROUGH FL190. WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CTL AND SLOWLY CLB BACK TO FL190.
