Narrative:
Frequency 286.0 has been in and OTS for over a week. The main transmitter will fail and the use of the standby will bleed through on 281.8. This happens 3 or 4 times a day. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter revealed that the problem does not exist any longer. Airways facilities moved the antenna.

Title: RPTR STATES THAT PA31 MAIN XMITTER FREQ 286 PT 0 IS OTS. WHEN SWITCHING TO STANDBY, THE FREQ BLEEDS THROUGH 281 PT 8. RPTR SAID IT HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.
Narrative: FREQ 286.0 HAS BEEN IN AND OTS FOR OVER A WK. THE MAIN XMITTER WILL FAIL AND THE USE OF THE STANDBY WILL BLEED THROUGH ON 281.8. THIS HAPPENS 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY.
