Narrative:

Captain stated he wanted left hand traffic pattern, because other traffic stated they were doing a 360 degree, copilot announced on the radio that we would 'sneak in' on right base leg and land. In order to avoid more confusion and danger the captain simply executed the r-hand traffic pattern and landed. Copilot should have talked and agreed with captain before announcing right hand pattern on CTAF.

Narrative: CAPT STATED HE WANTED L HAND TFC PATTERN, BECAUSE OTHER TFC STATED THEY WERE DOING A 360 DEG, COPLT ANNOUNCED ON THE RADIO THAT WE WOULD 'SNEAK IN' ON R BASE LEG AND LAND.
