Narrative:
Cabin lights flickered and then went out. The lights came back on and flickered again. The captain landed in msy. He said an indicator light had advised them of a possible fire in the cargo area. We landed safe and proceeded on another aircraft hours later.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, INDICATOR LIGHT FOR CARGO FIRE, DIVERT TO MSY. FLT CANCELED.
Narrative: CABIN LIGHTS FLICKERED AND THEN WENT OUT. THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON AND FLICKERED AGAIN. THE CAPT LANDED IN MSY. HE SAID AN INDICATOR LIGHT HAD ADVISED THEM OF A POSSIBLE FIRE IN THE CARGO AREA. WE LANDED SAFE AND PROCEEDED ON ANOTHER ACFT HRS LATER.
