Narrative:

Upon switching to departure control we were asked if we were on the logan or wyly FMS departure. The captain stated that we were on the logan departure. Upon rechking our pre departure clearance we realized we should have been on the wyly FMS departure. I believe our track was slightly north of the wyly FMS departure track using the logan departure which might have resulted in exceeding recommended departure noise parameters. The wyly FMS departure wording is hidden in the body of our pre departure clearance. I believe that if the departure could have been listed on a separate line on our pre departure clearance it could have been more recognizable, and maybe we wouldn't have missed it.

Title: FLC OF AN LGT FAILED TO FOLLOW ASSIGNED SID TRACK AFTER TKOF DUE TO REFERRING TO THE WRONG SID DEP.

Narrative: UPON SWITCHING TO DEP CTL WE WERE ASKED IF WE WERE ON THE LOGAN OR WYLY FMS DEP. THE CAPT STATED THAT WE WERE ON THE LOGAN DEP. UPON RECHKING OUR PDC WE REALIZED WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE WYLY FMS DEP. I BELIEVE OUR TRACK WAS SLIGHTLY N OF THE WYLY FMS DEP TRACK USING THE LOGAN DEP WHICH MIGHT HAVE RESULTED IN EXCEEDING RECOMMENDED DEP NOISE PARAMETERS. THE WYLY FMS DEP WORDING IS HIDDEN IN THE BODY OF OUR PDC. I BELIEVE THAT IF THE DEP COULD HAVE BEEN LISTED ON A SEPARATE LINE ON OUR PDC IT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE RECOGNIZABLE, AND MAYBE WE WOULDN'T HAVE MISSED IT.
