Narrative:
Cvg class B violation. Since the airspace became effective, we have had over 50 aircraft that we have noticed enter the class B without authority/authorized. This v-tail bonanza (aircraft Y) according to the MD80 (aircraft X) pilot report on visual color and type aircraft -- including altitude, was the first that I've seen without transponder or, as I suspect, off!

Title: CVG CTLR OBSERVES NUMEROUS CLASS B VIOLATIONS BY NON PARTICIPATING PLTS. ONE RECENT INCIDENT WITH A BE35 PASSING IN CLOSE PROX TO AN MD80 ON APCH.
Narrative: CVG CLASS B VIOLATION. SINCE THE AIRSPACE BECAME EFFECTIVE, WE HAVE HAD OVER 50 ACFT THAT WE HAVE NOTICED ENTER THE CLASS B WITHOUT AUTH. THIS V-TAIL BONANZA (ACFT Y) ACCORDING TO THE MD80 (ACFT X) PLT RPT ON VISUAL COLOR AND TYPE ACFT -- INCLUDING ALT, WAS THE FIRST THAT I'VE SEEN WITHOUT XPONDER OR, AS I SUSPECT, OFF!
