Narrative:
After departing and leveling off at 2500 ft, I reduced power to stay at 200 KTS. The captain took the throttles and pushed them up to attain approximately 250 KTS. I told him I was staying slow because we were in class C airspace. He laughed and said we'll go 300 KTS. Contributing factors were the captain just doesn't know the FARS and doesn't listen when being corrected. We flew right through the airspace at 250 KTS and no complaints from ATC.
