Narrative:

C130 cleared for takeoff runway 14 intersection north. Tripacer called taxiing into position runway 14 intersection a. The tripacer was already over the hold short line. He was then taxied into position to hold and given a wake turbulence warning. When the C130 pwred up, it tipped the tripacer over onto its left wingtip. The tripacer was aware of the possibility of wake turbulence or propeller wash. I learned that some distance between intxns may not be enough to avoid turbulence.
