Narrative:
Upon arrival in den, I cracked open the forward entry door. The door did not crack open the way in which it should. I could tell something was wrong, that something was hindering the door from opening. Eventually, the door was opened, but when I opened it, it scraped the bottom of the jetbridge floor. The jetbridge was raised too high. When the door scraped the floor, I was still holding onto the door handle and I was somehow jarred. I injured my back, upper and lower. Another company's maintenance was called to inspect the door. I am not sure what maintenance did to the door. It is in the logbook.
