Narrative:
Commercial construction vehicle, without radio or escort vehicle, crossed runway 18/36 at alpha intersection. No aircraft was involved. Incident reported to watch supervisor as required. Airport authority/authorized closed runway shortly after the event. Recommend: escort vehicles with radios, in contact with ground control, must be with commercial construction vehicles that are driven by individuals not trained in airport ground operations.

ARPT AUTH CLOSED RWY SHORTLY AFTER THE EVENT.
