Narrative:

Commercial construction vehicle, without radio or escort vehicle, crossed runway 18/36 at alpha intersection. No aircraft was involved. Incident reported to watch supervisor as required. Airport authority/authorized closed runway shortly after the event. Recommend: escort vehicles with radios, in contact with ground control, must be with commercial construction vehicles that are driven by individuals not trained in airport ground operations.

Narrative: COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE, WITHOUT RADIO OR ESCORT VEHICLE, CROSSED RWY 18/36 AT ALPHA INTXN. NO ACFT WAS INVOLVED. INCIDENT RPTED TO WATCH SUPVR AS REQUIRED. ARPT AUTH CLOSED RWY SHORTLY AFTER THE EVENT. RECOMMEND: ESCORT VEHICLES WITH RADIOS, IN CONTACT WITH GND CTL, MUST BE WITH COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES THAT ARE DRIVEN BY INDIVIDUALS NOT TRAINED IN ARPT GND OPS.
