Narrative:
Cleared to cross turlo intersection at FL240. Started down late and realized we might be high. We advised ATC and requested clearance to cross high. ATC advised there was traffic over turlo at FL290. We crossed turlo descending through FL250. No apparent conflict, but we were nevertheless high.

Narrative: CLRED TO CROSS TURLO INTXN AT FL240. STARTED DOWN LATE AND REALIZED WE MIGHT BE HIGH. WE ADVISED ATC AND REQUESTED CLRNC TO CROSS HIGH. ATC ADVISED THERE WAS TFC OVER TURLO AT FL290. WE CROSSED TURLO DSNDING THROUGH FL250. NO APPARENT CONFLICT, BUT WE WERE NEVERTHELESS HIGH.
