Narrative:
Misjudged rate of descent to cross jaybo at 15000 ft. Was high at about 16000 ft, was level at 15000 ft ott 085 degree radial 37 DME instead of the ott 085 degree radial 35 DME. No comment from ZDC. Flight attendant interruption was a factor here. Didn't prioritize tanks at hand well enough. Never again.

Narrative: MISJUDGED RATE OF DSCNT TO CROSS JAYBO AT 15000 FT. WAS HIGH AT ABOUT 16000 FT, WAS LEVEL AT 15000 FT OTT 085 DEG RADIAL 37 DME INSTEAD OF THE OTT 085 DEG RADIAL 35 DME. NO COMMENT FROM ZDC. FLT ATTENDANT INTERRUPTION WAS A FACTOR HERE. DIDN'T PRIORITIZE TANKS AT HAND WELL ENOUGH. NEVER AGAIN.
