Narrative:
Due to lack of proper briefing from FSS prior to filing IFR flight plan, I could and might have entered temporary restr airspace in the vicinity of pgv and mcz. Briefer never mentioned the temporary restr due to hurricane recovery effort. No conflicts occurred.

Narrative: DUE TO LACK OF PROPER BRIEFING FROM FSS PRIOR TO FILING IFR FLT PLAN, I COULD AND MIGHT HAVE ENTERED TEMPORARY RESTR AIRSPACE IN THE VICINITY OF PGV AND MCZ. BRIEFER NEVER MENTIONED THE TEMPORARY RESTR DUE TO HURRICANE RECOVERY EFFORT. NO CONFLICTS OCCURRED.
