Center apparently did not hand us over to next sector. When we asked for descent, we got 'say your position.' we had been monitoring the entire time. It had taken us 3 calls to check in on the first frequency to start with. Conflicts unknown. Told of none.

Narrative: CTR APPARENTLY DID NOT HAND US OVER TO NEXT SECTOR. WHEN WE ASKED FOR DSCNT, WE GOT 'SAY YOUR POS.' WE HAD BEEN MONITORING THE ENTIRE TIME. IT HAD TAKEN US 3 CALLS TO CHK IN ON THE FIRST FREQ TO START WITH. CONFLICTS UNKNOWN. TOLD OF NONE.
