Narrative:

20 mi northwest of orl, I lost my engine (engine out) at approximately XA00 in IMC (rain) at 3000 ft elevation. I told orlando approach that I had an emergency, lost engine. I changed fuel tanks and engaged the booster switch. The engine restarted. Notified approach that engine had restarted. Fuel gauges showed full and preflight showed full. Bad sump valve and clogged vent had drained the right main in-flight but not registered on the gauge. Had system repaired upon landing.
