Narrative:

Copilot acknowledged clearance to taxi to runway 13 via certain txwys. We never heard any clearance to hold short of runway 22 and never read back clearance to hold short of runway 22. As I approached runway 22, ground controller said 'hold short of runway 22' after crossing hold short bars and markings.
