Narrative:

We were given the outbound taxi clearance of 'taxi to runway 16L via taxiway B, hold short runway 16R.' I read back this clearance and assumed the captain heard and understood the clearance. As we approached runway 16R, I went off frequency to make the 'flight attendant prepare for takeoff' announcement, as outlined in our SOP. As I returned to frequency, it was apparent we were going to cross runway 16R and continue to runway 16L. I assumed I had missed our clearance to cross while off frequency. I should have clarified and communicated with the captain on our initial taxi clearance, and when I returned to frequency.

Narrative: WE WERE GIVEN THE OUTBOUND TAXI CLRNC OF 'TAXI TO RWY 16L VIA TXWY B, HOLD SHORT RWY 16R.' I READ BACK THIS CLRNC AND ASSUMED THE CAPT HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD THE CLRNC.
