Narrative:
Approximately 100 mi east zqa VOR FL370, cabin and cockpit filled with dense smoke. Ran cabin and cockpit fire smoke checklist, declared emergency divert to NAS. On descent, right engine oil quantity and pressure went to zero. Ran B757 right engine oil pressure checklist, engine fire damage shutdown checklist, 1 engine approach and go around checklist and emergency landing checklist. Flight attendants ran emergency landing checklist. Made normal landing NAS. All passenger and crew ok. First officer and cabin crew superb under severe pressure of situation.
