Cleared to FL190 and level there. Proceeding east past bdf, center asked if we would make benky at 11000 ft. Replied we had not been cleared out of FL190. Center provided vector and descent clearance to 11000 ft. No conflicts noted. Supplemental information from acn 457105: we, to our memory, never got a call to cross it at 11000 ft.

Narrative: CLRED TO FL190 AND LEVEL THERE. PROCEEDING E PAST BDF, CTR ASKED IF WE WOULD MAKE BENKY AT 11000 FT. REPLIED WE HAD NOT BEEN CLRED OUT OF FL190.
