Narrative:

On dec/sun/99, I received a call to service oils on a jt-8 engine (B737-200). Since this call came within 10 mins of departure time, I felt under pressure to complete oil servicing in addition to aircraft pushback in a short amount of time. Due to the shortness of time I neglected to replace the oil cap on the right engine properly (cap was not locked). I feel that the primary cause of this event was due to the pressure of meeting a flight departure schedule.
