Narrative:
During preflight, noticed l-hand landing gear strut was low, during servicing and adjustment of strut ht. I was notified that passenger door L-2 is pinned against the jetway floor. Unfortunately the jetway automatic-leveling system did not compensate for strut adjustment. My final inspection of door hinges revealed no damage, although we checked opening and closing the door several times. Flight crew complained that they had to exert more force to operate the door. My final understanding was that a few days later our maintenance did some adjustment on the door.
