Narrative:
A passenger was sitting in his seat smoking pot, zone C. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that he first took note of the man, who was caught by other passenger smoking pot, when he came to the aft galley on boarding and asked for a double scotch and water. The passenger told another flight attendant of the guy smoking marijuana during the flight, and he was wandering around the plane, looking confused about where he was. She had him put it out in a paper cup half filled with water, and took it up to have the captain look at it. The captain had the costa rican police meet the flight. The police got on the airplane and said to the man, 'welcome to costa rica. You're under arrest!'

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, A300-600, MIA-SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA. PAX SMOKING MARIJUANA IN SEAT. ARRESTED BY COSTA RICAN POLICE ON ARR.
Narrative: A PAX WAS SITTING IN HIS SEAT SMOKING POT, ZONE C. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT HE FIRST TOOK NOTE OF THE MAN, WHO WAS CAUGHT BY OTHER PAX SMOKING POT, WHEN HE CAME TO THE AFT GALLEY ON BOARDING AND ASKED FOR A DOUBLE SCOTCH AND WATER. THE PAX TOLD ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT OF THE GUY SMOKING MARIJUANA DURING THE FLT, AND HE WAS WANDERING AROUND THE PLANE, LOOKING CONFUSED ABOUT WHERE HE WAS. SHE HAD HIM PUT IT OUT IN A PAPER CUP HALF FILLED WITH WATER, AND TOOK IT UP TO HAVE THE CAPT LOOK AT IT. THE CAPT HAD THE COSTA RICAN POLICE MEET THE FLT. THE POLICE GOT ON THE AIRPLANE AND SAID TO THE MAN, 'WELCOME TO COSTA RICA. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!'
