Engine failure shortly after takeoff. 3 rapid compressor stalls heard during gear retraction. Right engine egt indicated 975. Right engine retarded to idle, single engine procedures accomplished. Approximately 25000 pounds fuel dumped. Landed overweight at 365000 pounds. Estimated touchdown 200 FPM. Taxi to gate normal.
