Narrative:
B737-300 cleared to land on runway 27R. The learjet was told to s-turn behind us and land on runway 35. The lear was extremely fast and ended up on short final the same time for runway 35. When the B737-300 was almost touching down, the lear was directed to go around immediately due to lack of separation behind the B737-300. I estimated his miss distance going over us at about 100 ft, at the time we were touching down on the runway.

Title: LEAR 55 CLRS A B737 ON MISSED APCH A PHL BY ESTIMATED 100 FT.
Narrative: B737-300 CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 27R. THE LEARJET WAS TOLD TO S-TURN BEHIND US AND LAND ON RWY 35. THE LEAR WAS EXTREMELY FAST AND ENDED UP ON SHORT FINAL THE SAME TIME FOR RWY 35. WHEN THE B737-300 WAS ALMOST TOUCHING DOWN, THE LEAR WAS DIRECTED TO GO AROUND IMMEDIATELY DUE TO LACK OF SEPARATION BEHIND THE B737-300. I ESTIMATED HIS MISS DISTANCE GOING OVER US AT ABOUT 100 FT, AT THE TIME WE WERE TOUCHING DOWN ON THE RWY.
