Narrative:

ATC accepted our handoff but did not issue clearance into class B airspace as they usually do. When I realized we had incurred the class B and requested a descent, ATC advised that we were not yet cleared into the class B and vectored us away from arrs and issued the clearance. I was fatigued and my radio man was inattentive.

Title: A SMALL TWIN ATP PLT ENTERS THE CLASS B AIRSPACE OF N90 AFTER HAVING AN INITIAL CONTACT WITH CTLR BUT NOT RECEIVING AN ACTUAL CLRNC INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE, SW OF EWR, NJ.

Narrative: ATC ACCEPTED OUR HDOF BUT DID NOT ISSUE CLRNC INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE AS THEY USUALLY DO. WHEN I REALIZED WE HAD INCURRED THE CLASS B AND REQUESTED A DSCNT, ATC ADVISED THAT WE WERE NOT YET CLRED INTO THE CLASS B AND VECTORED US AWAY FROM ARRS AND ISSUED THE CLRNC. I WAS FATIGUED AND MY RADIO MAN WAS INATTENTIVE.
