Narrative:

Aircraft X, an MD88 was landing on runway 26L at atl. The aircraft was on landing roll, and luckily had slowed down almost to a complete stop, when a C210 (aircraft Y), crossed the runway directly in front of aircraft X. Aircraft Y had been instructed to hold short of the runway and had acknowledged that instruction. Supplemental information from acn 462545: substantial braking was used by us and the cessna accelerated after apparently seeing our lights. Closest point of approach was approximately 300 ft. Cessna cleared the runway to the south and we continued down the runway and to our gate. Ground was asked what happened and replied that the cessna had not been cleared across runway 26L. He was told to hold short.
