Narrative:
On a part 135 trip, we departed sdl to ase. Departed sdl on the banyo 3 ssm transition direct mtj. On climb out we were issued direct zun VOR, mtj VOR, climb and maintain FL290. I see you were given the ssw transition but you are cleared zun for now. Out of FL280 we were told to contact abq. Captain checked in 'ZAB, lear FL280 climbing FL290 direct zun.' ZAB 'lear cleared direct dbl, climb and maintain FL390.' captain responded 'direct dbl climb and maintain FL390.' while on a heading of 014 degrees direct dbl climbing through FL303, ZAB called 'lear, were you cleared to FL290?' captain responded '390.' ZAB 'lear, immediate right turn to 080 degrees, we'll get you direct dbl in a few mins.' captain asked me if I heard a clearance of FL390. I responded that I had. The remainder of flight was as planned.
