Narrative:
This is a description of events that took place on feb/xa/00 at XA00 at the boca raton airport while acting as PIC of the lear 35 described above. During the landing phase in the flare and just prior to touchdown, an object impacted around the lower end of the captain's windscreen. I became distraction at this point. My subsequent reaction from being startled caused my right wing to be inadvertently lowered. I remained in full control of the situation and taxied to the ramp. At the ramp, I observed a small fuel leak emanating from the bottom of the right wingtip tank. Upon closer inspection, I observed a grazed area under this fuel tank. This, I assumed, was caused from the actions described. A report was made to my company.
