Narrative:
Oveto departure. A long brief on how departure would be flown by check airman in right seat. FAA inspector in observer's seat. Immediately after takeoff, departure vectors, change of both vors, frequencys, caused PNF to be completely overloaded, doing PNF duties acting as autoplt for PF. Expressed dissatisfaction with overload. Comment from another crew member: 'I can tell you one thing, no one was looking outside.' use of autoplt to relieve PNF of overload essential.
