Narrative:
Ceiling 400-500 ft overcast with light to moderate rain variable. Touched down at 100 KTS with 15 KT tailwind. Excessive water puddles on last 1/4 mi runway. Braking action became non-existent, rolled off end of runway into mud. Nose gear sank into deep mud and collapsed nose gear. No injuries.

Title: SMT TWIN PLT LANDED AT TOA AND WENT OFF THE RWY END. NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
Narrative: CEILING 400-500 FT OVCST WITH LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN VARIABLE. TOUCHED DOWN AT 100 KTS WITH 15 KT TAILWIND. EXCESSIVE WATER PUDDLES ON LAST 1/4 MI RWY. BRAKING ACTION BECAME NON-EXISTENT, ROLLED OFF END OF RWY INTO MUD. NOSE GEAR SANK INTO DEEP MUD AND COLLAPSED NOSE GEAR. NO INJURIES.
