Narrative:
On departure, tower controller cleared us for takeoff with a 'tight r-hand turn.' the captain (PNF) repeated the takeoff clearance with the r-hand turn. After takeoff tower questioned our r-hand turn, no conflict or problem noted from tower. She said she thought she assigned a tight 'left-hand turn' on departure. Nothing further said.

Title: THE TURN AFTER TKOF FOR THE ACFT IS QUESTIONED BY ATC WHETHER IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A L VERSUS A R TURN.
Narrative: ON DEP, TWR CTLR CLRED US FOR TKOF WITH A 'TIGHT R-HAND TURN.' THE CAPT (PNF) REPEATED THE TKOF CLRNC WITH THE R-HAND TURN. AFTER TKOF TWR QUESTIONED OUR R-HAND TURN, NO CONFLICT OR PROB NOTED FROM TWR. SHE SAID SHE THOUGHT SHE ASSIGNED A TIGHT 'L-HAND TURN' ON DEP. NOTHING FURTHER SAID.
