Narrative:
We were coming into the pittsburgh area, I was flying and setting myself up for the ILS. ATC asked us if we had the airport in sight. The captain called for the visual. I thought I had runway, but I was looking at something else. The captain took the aircraft and turned it in to the runway, and gave the aircraft back to me and I landed. Next time I will follow the localizer until I am sure of where the runway is. I may add, I was unfamiliar with the airport.

Narrative: WE WERE COMING INTO THE PITTSBURGH AREA, I WAS FLYING AND SETTING MYSELF UP FOR THE ILS. ATC ASKED US IF WE HAD THE ARPT IN SIGHT. THE CAPT CALLED FOR THE VISUAL. I THOUGHT I HAD RWY, BUT I WAS LOOKING AT SOMETHING ELSE. THE CAPT TOOK THE ACFT AND TURNED IT IN TO THE RWY, AND GAVE THE ACFT BACK TO ME AND I LANDED. NEXT TIME I WILL FOLLOW THE LOC UNTIL I AM SURE OF WHERE THE RWY IS. I MAY ADD, I WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH THE ARPT.
