Narrative:
While performing maintenance on a turnaround flight, the east&east bay door was inadvertently left open. The door warning indication was inoperative. The aircraft departed and the flight crew could not pressurize the aircraft. The aircraft then returned to ZZZ. The door was closed and indication was put on MEL.

Title: A B727-200 RETURNED TO THE FIELD DUE TO UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE CABIN CAUSED BY THE E&E COMPARTMENT DOOR LEFT OPEN.
Narrative: WHILE PERFORMING MAINT ON A TURNAROUND FLT, THE E&E BAY DOOR WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OPEN. THE DOOR WARNING INDICATION WAS INOP. THE ACFT DEPARTED AND THE FLC COULD NOT PRESSURIZE THE ACFT. THE ACFT THEN RETURNED TO ZZZ. THE DOOR WAS CLOSED AND INDICATION WAS PUT ON MEL.
