Narrative:

I did not go through my normal checklist as I was so relaxed with a really good flight, I failed to lower the landing gear. I had asked the FBO to top off the tanks and I didn't physically remove cap to visually see if they were full. My fuel management was then changed from normal and I didn't go through the gumps sequence. I tried to land and of course airspeed was faster than normal (with gear up), so I applied flaps and had about decided to go around. I let down and heard a quick short buzz. I immediately knew the gear was up. I applied full throttle, raised flaps, and went around, then came in for a normal landing. The propeller tips are bent and they say the engine will have to be removed and checked for any damage.
