Narrative:
B767 issued clearance to climb to FL310, after questioning ride. He climbed beyond FL310 and lost separation with an aircraft at FL330. Restating altitude assigned could have prevented error.

Narrative: B767 ISSUED CLRNC TO CLB TO FL310, AFTER QUESTIONING RIDE. HE CLBED BEYOND FL310 AND LOST SEPARATION WITH AN ACFT AT FL330. RESTATING ALT ASSIGNED COULD HAVE PREVENTED ERROR.
