Narrative:
When aircraft arrived at gate, fuel was found to be coming out of aft stabilizer compartment. Upon investigation, maintenance found aft fuel shroud lines disconnected and bagged. Review of last 'B' check work pack indicated lines had been removed and bagged. However, this is not readily apparent. I went to the aircraft to check the aft shroud for a leak with engines running. After 10 mins, the production technician crew chief and myself were satisfied there was no fuel coming from the aft shroud and we signed off accordingly.
