Title: A GRUMMAN AA5 WAS RELEASED FOR SVC IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A MODIFIED NOSE COWL PER SUPPLEMENTAL TYPE CERTIFICATE, BUT NO FORM 337 SUBMITTED.
Narrative: FORGOT TO FILL OUT FORM 337 FOR THE ABOVE LISTED STC MODIFICATION. THIS WAS NOT AN AIRWORTHINESS ISSUE, JUST FAILURE TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK. JOB WAS HURRIED ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER'S DISCRETION.
