Narrative:
After we were in-flight for some time, the #2 flight attendant called to ask for information for this same passenger I had spoke with while boarding. However, I was not aware it was the same man. The first officer was asked to come out of the cockpit to speak to the passenger. He stayed out approximately 30 mins. I finished picking up the cabin and when I saw the row in question, I realized the man/passenger was the same. He had a CAT below his seat and he had no paperwork to show an animal was on board. They had declined their food and we were landing shortly. Passenger around him were asked to be witnesses, so as everyone was deplaning, a few hung back to return information as to what they saw and to speak to the captain. One woman in particular was waiting in first class. I asked her if she needed help. She said she was sitting in the same row and wanted to tell the captain she was held hostage in the row (at the window). The captain heard her recall the man telling her he had a CAT under the seat, so she wouldn't be able to get out of her seat. So she remained in her assigned seat the entire flight.

THE CAPT HEARD HER RECALL THE MAN TELLING HER HE HAD A CAT UNDER THE SEAT, SO SHE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF HER SEAT. SO SHE REMAINED IN HER ASSIGNED SEAT THE ENTIRE FLT.
