Narrative:
Rdu runway 23L (cleared for takeoff right 310 degrees maintain 2000 ft, VHF 127.45). Runway 23R was on a different VHF frequency 119.3. Air carrier Y F100 cleared for takeoff right 270 degrees. At 1 mi from the departure point in a right turn to 310 degrees at 1000 ft MSL, controller said 'turn left 180 degrees, disregard turn right 360 degrees.' at that point (seconds) I went through air carrier Y's exhaust (jetblast) within a few ft of the aircraft. Seatbelt was on, but I hit the top hard! Air carrier Y did not see me or indicate concern on departure frequency. Controller said 'caution turbulence' just after I hit the turbulence. I said 'nice job!' rdu tower was the problem. The right and left controllers failed to provide separation.

Title: NMAC. PLT OF A BEECH BONANZA GOT CAUGHT IN THE JETBLAST OF A FOKKER 100 DURING INITIAL CLB AFTER TKOF WHEN HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO TURN OUT THROUGH THE DEP PATH OF THE OTHER PARALLEL RWY FROM WHICH HE TOOK OFF.
Narrative: RDU RWY 23L (CLRED FOR TKOF R 310 DEGS MAINTAIN 2000 FT, VHF 127.45). RWY 23R WAS ON A DIFFERENT VHF FREQ 119.3. ACR Y F100 CLRED FOR TKOF R 270 DEGS. AT 1 MI FROM THE DEP POINT IN A R TURN TO 310 DEGS AT 1000 FT MSL, CTLR SAID 'TURN L 180 DEGS, DISREGARD TURN R 360 DEGS.' AT THAT POINT (SECONDS) I WENT THROUGH ACR Y'S EXHAUST (JETBLAST) WITHIN A FEW FT OF THE ACFT. SEATBELT WAS ON, BUT I HIT THE TOP HARD! ACR Y DID NOT SEE ME OR INDICATE CONCERN ON DEP FREQ. CTLR SAID 'CAUTION TURB' JUST AFTER I HIT THE TURB. I SAID 'NICE JOB!' RDU TWR WAS THE PROB. THE R AND L CTLRS FAILED TO PROVIDE SEPARATION.
