Narrative:
On numerous occasions, the B737-700 series aircraft loses communications when taxiing into position and hold on runway 19R. We have talked with the company that uses -700 series at mci and have found out that when they are on communication #1 we lose communication. We switched to standby transmitters and we can then talk to them. The relationship of the antennae on the -700 series and the main transmitter is what the problem is. This has been going on since air carrier started flying the -700 series about 5 months ago.
