Narrative:
Aircraft equipped with penny & guiles engine instruments and are very sensitive to RPM (N1) and egt exceedances at high altitude (8355 ft) and high gross weights (309.7 kilos). When workload permitted, we checked the afm and found that exceedances were such that just a reduction of power to reduce exceedances and continue flight!
