Narrative:
While we were avoiding a thunderstorm, ZFW gave us a descent from 16000 ft to 13000 ft. We heard 3000 ft. Therefore, we set 3000 ft in the altitude window and read back 3000 ft. Center did not correct our readback, so we descended below 13000 ft. No conflict was reported.
