Narrative:
On may/xa/00 I was assigned to work F100 mains. To the best of my knowledge I was 1 of a team of 3 working F100 mains. The procedure for building wheels is divided in tasks among the team. I built the inboard halves and completed the paperwork. It was brought to my attention that the above mentioned tire was installed on the wrong wheel assembly.
