Narrative:
Upon approach to runway 10 at rochester international airport the landing gear would not extend. Completed manual gear extension checklist. The gear still failed to extend. Prepared passenger for emergency landing and evacuate/evacuation. Landed with the landing gear up. No injuries and minimal damage to aircraft.

Narrative: UPON APCH TO RWY 10 AT ROCHESTER INTL ARPT THE LNDG GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. COMPLETED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION CHKLIST. THE GEAR STILL FAILED TO EXTEND. PREPARED PAX FOR EMER LNDG AND EVAC. LANDED WITH THE LNDG GEAR UP. NO INJURIES AND MINIMAL DAMAGE TO ACFT.
