Narrative:
Gear up landing on runway 4. Gear lever actuated but pilot failed to visually check gear and did not respond in timely fashion to warning horn. Pilot was distraction by practice downwind, ILS approach in VMC. Damage sustained not considered substantial as defined by NTSB part 830 and therefore not a rptable accident.

Narrative: GEAR UP LNDG ON RWY 4. GEAR LEVER ACTUATED BUT PLT FAILED TO VISUALLY CHK GEAR AND DID NOT RESPOND IN TIMELY FASHION TO WARNING HORN. PLT WAS DISTR BY PRACTICE DOWNWIND, ILS APCH IN VMC. DAMAGE SUSTAINED NOT CONSIDERED SUBSTANTIAL AS DEFINED BY NTSB PART 830 AND THEREFORE NOT A RPTABLE ACCIDENT.
